Sound Bath with Audra
Step into a transformative healing experience unlike any other.
For approximately 60 minutes, you will be encircled in this profound experience. As Audra facilitates the crystal bowls, along with other high-frequency healing instruments, the sounds vibrate deeply, clearing your energy field and promoting balance.
Join us for this sacred time of sound and healing, and leave feeling renewed and centered.
What to bring:
For your comfort, we provide foam floor mats and blankets. If lying on the floor isn’t an option for you, a few chairs are available. You’re also welcome to bring any additional items—such as a pillow, bolster, or eye cover—to enhance your relaxation during the 60-minute experience, whether you choose to sit or lie down.
Time/Parking/Important Information:
The doors will open at 6:45 pm, and the sound healing will begin promptly at 7:00 pm, concluding around 8:10 pm. Please plan to arrive early to allow ample time for check-in and to settle into your surroundings. Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. The parking lot and entrance are available at the back of the building.

We’ve heard the feedback: just as you fully sink into the waves of a sound bath, it ends. Then hardest part is getting up.
This extended sound bath offers more time to stay immersed, allowing the vibrations to settle, integrate, and restore.
Led by Audra, the experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart. From there, crystal bowls, gong, and other high-frequency instruments are woven into a deeply resonant soundscape. The vibrations move through the body, clear the energy field, and invite balance and calm.
For approximately 90 minutes, you’ll be held in sound before transitioning into a grounding integration period. This quiet closing time allows space for stillness, journaling, or enjoying a calming cup of tea.

Each circle offers a grounding guided sound meditation with crystal bowls led by Audra, inviting your nervous system into stillness and your energy into alignment. We also engage in a simple New Moon ritual to mark the transition between cycles and anchor intention into embodied action. Together, we create space to release the previous cycle, attune to what is quietly emerging, and set both personal and collective intentions within a supportive, sacred container.
